bye white fall. hello green winter.

winter began snowy, chilly and charming for me in flagstaff.

there is something very beautiful, relaxing and soothing about being in the snow.
everyone slows down, enjoys where they are, because lets face it, they really can't go anywhere.
music is prettier, food is yummier, tea is warmer.

so i must say. i miss my little snowy train-track town on the top of the mountain.

but i have come home now.
the holiday season began with a roadtrip from wintery flagstaff to california.

mariam and i did so much while she was visiting me in san luis.

wine tasting
downtown
north county tour
pirates cove
avila beach
see canyon

we had a lot of fun

since then, i've been spending lots of much needed time with my family
aunt cathy and uncle jeff came for christmas eve at the grandparents
i've had mama dates, daddy dates, andy dates and entire family dates

today, i'm sitting at work with mama, and have completed two graduate school applications.

but guess who's coming to visit me tomorrow?
YOU GUESSED IT
ANDRU SCOTT FLEENOR
i can't wait. we are going to have so much fun together for a whole week!

we are going up to san francisco for new years. guess who's meeting us up there?
YOU GUESSED IT
PAUL KIM
on our way down, paul and friends are staying with us in slo so he can see my family and get some time together before he goes to germany [really: so i have time to plot how i'm going to kidnap him and stuff him in my suitcase].

i also just bought my ticket home [flagstaff] for january 17th.
so until then i'll be with friends and family, finishing applications, graduation parties, celebrating birthdays, and more!
